Pete Enrico Manzo was a well known businessman and the father of Louise McKaig, maiden name Louise Manzo. Pete Manzo was best known for creating the Pan American grocery store chain in Santa Barbara California, Enrico’s Deli, and Casa Flores Tortillas.  His father Luigi Manzo created The Italian Store which Pete Manzo later inherited and expanded into 5 locations. The Italian Store was re-branded as the Pan American Markets and became one of the area’s largest grocery stores. Pete Manzo later went into the tortilla business with his wife Dorthy Manzo (Dottie Manzo) and his children and created Casa Flores Tortillas, which was named one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.
